the kit contains two small wiring harnesses and a pcb that are easily installed with the help of a trim removal tool and a screw driver set. that’s it! no cutting or soldering of any kind, the car can be returned to stock at any time

all stock car functions remain intact.

the M1/M2 buttons will function as Up and Down buttons to cycle through the drive modes on your vehicle, similar to the rocker switch in the center console. you can not program them to save specific drive modes as you would on a true M car.
